and Corruption
(Raising Awareness)
If you know anyone who lost their life due to some reckless bus
drivers please share this ribbon with someone you know. If you do not know
anyone but you support the cause please share this ribbon.
Together we can raise awareness and make a difference.
Every second, minute or hour a person loved one are a victim of
public transportation reckless driving.
Every second, minutes or hour a bus driver who cause the death of
a parent child does not goes to jail, get community service, bail or being held
accountable for the pain of the living who are traumatize the rest of their
life by losing their loved one in the hands of some reckless bus driver.
Every second, minutes, or hour a person love one case is being
covered up by police and political injustice
No more zipping our lips of silence.
Lets late these bus companies know that it’s time for them and the
bus driver to be held accountable for killing innocent pedestrian.
There needs to be striker penalties for these bus drivers who end innocent
life. A bus is a weapon like a gun it kills and they are both in the hands of a
reckless person.
No more settling lawsuit with gauge protection. These are human
lives that are taken away from their family and friends. These victims are
taken off this earth and cannot get another chance to life but the bus drivers
can.
These companies think giving money to the victims relative solve
the problem, it is justice and correction for the dead. Money is not always the
answer because it cannot buy the person loved one life back.
These companies think they settle a lawsuit that everything is
over and we all can move on with our life and the money corrected the mistake
for their drivers.
Taken an innocent life is not a mistake. It is a crime.
A mistake you can erase and correct. There is no correction for victim’s
lives and their family everlasting pain.
These bus drivers will continue to take innocent lives because
they know their CDL license will not being take from them, they know the criminal
justice system are going to deem them as fatality for these state run companies,
there are not going to go to jail.
These state public transportation are politically connected
Some of these County Prosecutor/political corruptions are getting
out of hand.
These bus drivers run over pedestrian and killing them are getting
out of hand.
IT NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!

For Innocent Victims Who Lost Their Lives From Public Transportation Drivers
Please help us raise awareness about the
increasing number of innocent people losing their livesbehind the cause of reckless bus drivers. Some
of these bus drivers needs to be held accountable for ending innocent
citizen’s lives.
You have people going to jail for domestic violence, gun violence, drunk driving, texting while driving but some bus drivers doesn’t serve any jail time as a result of causing the untimely loss of life of an innocent pedestrians by jumping curbs, turning around corners recklessly and other vehicular homicide, involuntary manslaughter or life threaten traffic violations.
Should any other drivers end a person life
they will go to jail, bail will be set or do community service for first time
defense. No, bus drivers ever served time in jail for taking innocent lives, instead they go back to work.
Ms. Johnson witness an Essex County Prosecutor detective and NJ Transit Lawyer telling the bus driver Wilson Romaine he did not do anything wrong by taken Deshon’s life, that the interview is going to be short and sweet. Also, he said that it was not really necessary to read the bus driver his Miranda Rights because he is going to deem this as an accident and it was not his fault.
Ms. Johnson also, heard with her on ears when the bus driver saying that he saw her son and the
lawyer for NJ Transit telling the bus driver remember you did not see the
victim! How disturbing for a mother to hear the
lawyer and detective to treat her son life like it is not important!!!!
Wilsome Romaine was not concision of innocent
lives when his back wheel jumped the curb riding on the curb/end of the
sidewalk when ending Deshon’s life. The lawyer and detective had convinced
Romaine that Deshon’s life had no value. Why should these bus drivers get a chance to enjoy life
and victims like Deshon’s do not? The bus driver did not
follow the curb radius law. Here is an article on the law telling you the
turning distance the buses should be following to avoidthe bus wheel from jumping any curbs, which Romaine failed
to do.
If he followed the law Deshon and others like him still will be living amongst their family and friends.
