N.J. Transit/Coach USA attorney Schaer and DiBono deducted the bus driver's information on Deshon Johnson death case caused by Wilson Romain

N.J. Transit/Coach USA attorney Schaer redacted the bus driver's Health History, medication, Medical Examiner's, Hearing, employment history, and more. Also, the video on the bus camera up missing. They claim that Wilson Romain has a clean bill of health certificate to operate the bus, which is a lie. If Romain had a clean bill of health, why would the bus company attorney and their investigator refuse to give Deshon's attorney the document to back up their claim? The attorney of Deshon requested the records from N.J. Transit/Coach USA bus company the information under the O.P.R.A. Act (Open Public Records Act) N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq the F.O.I.A. (Freedom of Information Act.) The bus companies and the court refused to give to him; this is the bus company and the justice system at its corruption at its best. However, the bus company attorneys gave the bus company investigator Mr. Griffin an unredacted record of the bus driver. If Deshon were at fault for his death, the prosecutor, bus company, courts, and the attorney would be glad to show the evidence. Due to their corrupted behavior and coverup show that Deshon was not at fault. Wilson Romain was speeding and jumped the curb. Deshon was not in the street. He was jogging alongside the bus while on the sidewalk/curb.

Due to the corrupted behavior and refusing to give Deshon's attorney vital information that shows that witness Romain was not qualified to operate the bus. Wilson Romain should be in jail, the attorneys need to be disbarred, and the justice system once again failed another family.

Justice For Deshon Johnson

"Where is the Justice?"

Content warning: This letter discusses racially motivated for Essex County Prosecutor Vehicular Homicide cover up the death of music artist Deshon Johnson for Coach USA Bus Driver using NJ Transit bus as a weapon to kill the artist.

The cycle of NJ Transit and Coach USA bus driver killing violence on pedestrians in New Jersey must be broken. And the collaboration of Essex County Vehicular Homicide Prosecutor must be dismantled. The Essex County Prosecutor Detective Lugger, Chief Prosecutor and others falsified their statement saying Romain was not speeding but the Exxon gas station video shows the bus driver was speeding.

Deshon was run over twice and dragged by Coach USA bus driver in Bloomfield, NJ. He was on his way to work when Romain intentionally murders Mr. Johnson. He is currently deadly because the bus driver ran over Deshon's head and torso.

Romain made sure that Deshon did not survive. He was clearly running over with the intent to kill. And NJ Transit/Coach USA attorney Michael Tuzzio helps the bus company, police, prosecutor Thomas S Fennelly and Detective Mike Lugger to cover up Deshon's death because he is black. All of the parties mention above did not show any remorse.

There is no justice or path to ending systemic racial oppression against Black people if police are covering up these deaths caused by NJ Transit and Coach USA bus drivers commit these murders are allowed to walk free and keep their jobs and continue to wreak havoc on communities with a lousy driving record-history.

Will you make an urgent call to local officials in Newark New Jersey today to demand that the bus driver who ran over and dragged Deshon Johnson be fired and held accountable immediately? It has been going on for eight-years that the bus driver has been out of jail for murder and driving the bus.

We also need to write the Superior Court to get Michael Tuzzio, the other attorneys, and prosecutor disbarred for partaken in falsified the investigation documents. Along withholding vital information on Romaine.

And the attorneys, police officers, and prosecutor have partaken in the cover-up in the slain of an innocent man. We need to defund the police, bus drivers, prosecutor immediately and redirect funds into emergency response programs that don't kill Black people."

We will not rest until the bus driver, police, attorneys, and prosecutor are held accountable. It's been 8-years since Deshon Johnson was brutally run over two times, then dragged and killed trying to board on Romain bus. The bus driver, attorneys, and prosecutor responsible are still employed by the bus company and Essex County Prosecutor Vehicular Homicide department. It has also been 8-years that Deshon's friend Christie Noble Ross was killed by Coach USA bus driver 5 months and 27 days before her friend's deaths.

We will not stop fighting for justice for Deshon, and we will fight just as hard for justice for Christie Nobel Ross – and every other brother, sister, and family members lost at the hands of NJ Transit/Coach USA bus driver violence. Together we must demand immediate accountability and invest in programs that keep us safe.

As Deshon's mother, Naomi Johnson, said so powerfully: "I have been watching NJ Transit, Coach USA bus drivers and train engineer murder people who look like me for years. While the bus company attorneys, police officers, and prosecutors sweeping these deaths under the rug, with no remorse for the families who will never see their loved ones or received justice. I don't want your pity. I won't change."

	Gerald M. Saluti Jr. was Deshon Johnson's criminal attorney advocate. He was hired by Brad to oversee Deshon's Coach USA/NJ Transit death caused by Wilson Romaine running Deshon over twice then dragged. Johnson's mother gave Gerald vital evidence to give to the Grand Jury. Sadly, to say, the attorney did not do so. _____________________________________________________________ Brad Schenerman was Deshon's second attorney Civil Attorney who fail to represent his client with good faith. Unfortunately, he did not deliver good client and counselor service. He did not support, Deshon's mother at the Essex County Prosecutor Office. He then started doing unethical things with NJ Transit/Coach USA attorney Michael Tuzzio.
	Andrew John Calcagno was Deshon's fourth attorney, who took advantage of Deshon's mother. While she was in deep grief, missing her son, distress, and being deceived by her former attorney. Plus, she was verbally abused by retired judge Lawrence who was hired as a mediator by Coach USA/NJ Transit bus company. Andrew had Deshon's mother sign three lawsuits before settling and gave her blank documents to sign. He did other unethical things to Deshon's mother.
	Michael Tuzzio is an attorney for Community Coach USA/NJ Transit, representing the bus driver who murdered Deshon. Michael is lying on video about Romain. The bus driver had a clean driving record and history. This evil man covers up Deshon's death, withheld vital information from Deshon 3rd attorney. He also made an offensive remark about this black man being deliberately killed by his client Wilson Romaine.
