Coach USA/NJ Transit attorney Michael Tuzzio blames the victims Deshon Johnson for his death saying he was not aware of his surroundings. It is not the victims supposed to be aware of their surroundings, it is Romaine supposed to be aware of his surroundings based on U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington, DC Safety Investigator. According a witness she said Deshon was aware of his surroundings it was Wilson Romain was not aware of his surroundings as a professional trained bus driver. The nerve of Tuzzio blames the victim for his death to get this heartless drive off of murder.
