The Grand Jury Is Nothing But A Hypocrisy

The information is provided to the grand jury

When the Prosecutor presents Deshon's case to the Grand Jury, the bus driver's testimony maybe was two minutes long.

The testimony from Essex County Prosecutors said, "Deshon Johnson was running after the bus in the street. And, was jumping up and down pounding on the bus with two open palms for the bus to stop." The Prosecutor stated that the witness admitted that Deshon was on his cell phone and missed the bus riding pass him, so he got up and started to chase the bus. Therefore, Deshon was at fault and the contributory to his death. According to the witness, Deshon jumped twice to hit the window, and then he disappeared. The reason why Deshon disappeared because the was speeding and jumped the curb, and the front wheel hit his leg knock him down into the street, running him over twice, then dragged him. Coach USA attorney Michael Tuzzio said that Deshon's leg got caught in the bus wheel, which is impossible considering the wheel is too big, and Deshon did not jump that high for that scenario to take place.

They then said Deshon should have been aware of his surroundings. It was not the victims to be aware of his surroundings; the driver should have been aware of his surroundings. Base on the Division of Motor Vehicular driving manual, it states that the motorist must be mindful of their surroundings, and the pedestrian always has the right away.

I am sure they did not include the part of the vital witness Halge's statement stating that Deshon was not sitting at the bus stop. He was standing up on the sidewalk of the bus stop talking to a Hispanic man. And, Deshon flag the bus driver to stop so he can get aboard on the bus. And his death was no cause of his own. They did not include that portion details. They know if the vital witness Halge clarifies what happened by telling the judge or jury everything she knows about an event. The driver will be charged with vehicular homicide or assault with vehicular. Halge is someone who has relevant information about the crime.

There is so much wrong with the Grand Jury presentation, and we know that is another historical issue, and how they present cases to the Grand Jury.

When they dismissed Deshon's case, they did not have a commonwealth attorney to talk about; how they should have played the witness Hagle's full statement. They did not play any of her statements; they did not allow Hagle the opportunity to testify. And the criminal attorney Gerald Sault that was hired by Brad failed to give the evidence to Ass. Attorney Erica Lui.
Have you ever heard the statement that a prosecutor can indicate a ham sandwich? If you put the right information before a jury a Grand Jury, you can definitely get an indictment. A conviction is a different circumstance. See, they know how to manipulate the jurors because what they do is leave out essential details, and of course, the judge is giving the instruction that you are not allowed to bring into-about what you heard from the news or in the public sphere. So, have only to make a decision based upon what is present to you in the Grand Jury. The whole system is guilty as hell. The courts are working in the conjunctions with the Prosecutor's office, police, and the District Attorney. The entire system is failing black people.

How the public gets involved with Justice for Deshon, contact the Prosecutor Office have the bus driver charged with vehicular homicide. Contact the FBI to demand to reopen up all of NJ Transit/Coach USA victim's death cases. Contact the Mayor where the victims were killed and require the officers to be fired in a conspiracy to cover up these bus driver case, contact you Freeholder or township Mayor to ask if they can put a permitted plaque in memory of the precious lives killed in vain. Contact your politicians to pass a law to hold the bus driver accountable for their actions. Contact Attorney General
And charge aggressively to charge the attorneys who were a part of the corruption.

No mother likes, Naomi, has to deal with her son, Deshon Johnson's horrific deaths and been mistreated by the injustice system. There needs to be a law across the country to hold these deadly bus drivers for vehicular homicide and get their CDL taken with no retirement pension. When the bus company gives these drivers their retirement pension, it is like paying them for murdering an innocent life. There needs to be a law to protect the passenger/pedestrian from the bus driver's suicidal behavior. Like there is a law US Senator Bob Menendez put in place to protect the bus drivers from assault by passengers/pedestrians.

What are we doing as people? Why are these bus drivers are not being held accountable? We must hit the bus company in their pocket by boycotting for a day or two, in the memory of all the lives killed by their so-called trained professional driver. If we don't react to the bus companies' actions by keeping these murders behind the wheel, they will not do anything about all the innocent lives killed in vain. We must demand change and be the voice for the victims. The bus drivers have someone to be their voice for their wrongdoing, but the victims do not.

We must keep in mind that we, as taxpayers are paying for NJ Transit to keep running. And the commuters are paying far to ride Coach USA to pay the bus driver's salary. These bus drivers do not get pulled over by police and ticketed when they are speeding dangerously.

Every state is a different law. All of these deaths are going under the radar. Civil review board. We have to educate our community. Let's take action, stay engaged, keep the pressure on it, and not moving on. Just keep calling and keep the line flowed to the Governor and your local political figure. We have the power to get these politicians who do not care about passing laws to protect the citizens for safety by voting them out of the office. No more, politicking! This movement of change does not happen quickly.

We need the FBI to take over to charge the prosecutors to re-investigate all transit victims' cases to see if any of the victim's family civil rights and criminal charges are broken. If there is an investigation, the prosecutors need to be civilly charged and criminally charged—integrity investigation. The Prosecutor did not, do not an intense investigation into my son's case. They were too busy trying to find some ambiguity about Deshon.

The Prosecutor and NJ Transit/ Coach USA Attorney Michael Tuzzio tried to find a criminal history and other negative connotations on Deshon to blame him for his death. I am working to save lives in my son Deshon's name. I have to make sure Deshon's name stays in the media. Media attention. The media is not giving attention to this. Our allies have to provide this attention so Deshon's story can be told.
Laws being the change to protect the black lives of an injustice system.
Unfortunately, Deshon is the catalyst for it. I want action on behalf of my son Deshon Johnson and his friend Christie Noble Ross.

What kind of human being blames the victims of his or her death?
