Coach USA/NJ Transit Attorney Michael Tuzzio Conversation With Prosecutor About The Bus Video

Coach USA/NJ Transit Attorney Michael Tuzzio Conversation With Prosecutor About The Bus Video

This is the video snippet of Essex County Homicide Prosecutor Detective Mike Booker conversing with Coach USA/New Jersey Transit Attorney Michael Booker about the video on the bus during the time Wilson Romaine murder Deshon. During the investigation by Naomi hired Attorneys Brian Curly and Andrew Calcagno claimed that they were no video on the bus. In the video show the burden of proof that the prosecutor stated from his own mouth that Coach USA has the video. I am lead to believe that the Attorney and bus company destroy the video, which is considered to be tampering with evidence.  The murder bus driver is still operating the bus and never was charged for murdering Deshon. There has been a lot of racial indication dealing with Deshon's case based on the attorney Andrew.

A Disabled Mother Cries Out For The Gruesome Murder Of Her Son Caused By Coach USA/ NJTransit

You May Be The Next Victim

In America, people board public transportation 35 million times each week. This being said, it is undoubtedly imperative that public transportation companies do their utmost best to ensure passenger and pedestrian safety. Unfortunately, it isn't so.
Picture, if you will, a regular day in New Jersey. It is late morning on July 18, 2012, and the day is in full swing. People are going about their daily business, sipping coffee, moving around, not one of them imagining the horrible thing that is about to happen. At 10:30, Deshon Johnson waits for the 709 NJ Transit bus that he takes to the job he works to provide for his disabled mother. He sees the bus coming and gets ready to board, only the bus doesn't stop. Upon realizing that the bus isn't not stopping, Deshon flags the bus, a sure signal for the driver to stop, and yet he does not. In a final attempt at boarding the bus, Deshon runs up to the door while on the handicap curb at the intersection and bangs on it, trying to get the driver to open. Instead of opening up, the driver jumps the handicapped curb where Deshon stands; knocking him down and after that, running him over twice and dragging him over 50 feet until horrified onlookers implore him to stop.
Deshon was 22 years old.

Nathanial Cloy Exclusive interview Fashion Designer Naomi, Models, and Photographers on their reaction with the death of Coach USA/NJ Transit bus driver killing Naomi's son. Along with the corruption of Essex County Prosecutor Micke Booker, Wison Romain, and Transit Attorney Michael Tuzzion, These heartless individual is covering up Deshon's death because he is black. The bus driver lied under oath multiple time, and he is still driving the bus. Romain was coach by the bus company attorney Michael Tuzzio and Essex County Prosecutor Detective Mike Booker to lie that he did not see Deshon. Coach USA hired murder bus driver lied under oath continuously and still not in jail.

The new evidence shows that Romaine had multiple opportunities to observe safety requirements that would have avoided injuring Deshon. Romaine deliberately and callously ignored all of those opportunities. Even when he admits he thought he ran over something with the bus as he straightened out from the turn – which was likely the fatal impact with the rear wheel when the bus impacted Deshon’s head, Romaine callously and indifferently refused to stop the bus –when safe bus operation required him to stop. Instead, he continued down the road until the shouts from other passengers caused him to stop.

Romaine operated the bus; Romaine should be prosecuted for vehicular homicide or manslaughter. I also believe that Deshon’s case needs to be thoroughly reinvestigation due to conflict of interest and bias. The prosecutor allowed this killer to walk away from Deshon’s death a free man. Coach USA still has Romaine driving the bus as of today.
